We are so excited to announce that we’re looking for yoga instructors and wellness practitioners to offer weekly classes to our members. We’re open to a variety of practices, including mat Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and are excited to hear from instructors offering any wellness modalities that align with our space.​

Event Rental

Looking for a unique venue for your next event, class or workshop? Consider our beautiful, cozy basement studio! Perfect for smaller groups, we offer a couple of rental options to suit your needs.

Studio Rental: $40/hr + GST (2-hour minimum)
Studio with Cold Plunge: $40/hr + $220/hr + GST for the cold plunge studio
